Vineyard & Cellar Worker
Youngblood Vineyard is seeking a motivated and dependable full-time Vineyard & Cellar Worker to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both commercial grape production and winery operations while working with state-of-the-art farming and production equipment.
Whether you have agricultural experience or are looking to build a career in the wine industry, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities

Assist with vineyard operations including pruning, training, mowing, spraying, planting, harvesting, and general maintenance of a 25-acre vineyard

Assist with winery and cellar operations including sanitation, bottling, packaging, inventory management, and production activities

Operate and maintain vineyard and winery equipment

Support seasonal projects and harvest activities

Work collaboratively with the production team to maintain high-quality standards
Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to lift 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Agricultural, farming, landscaping, equipment operation, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule

Full-time position (40+ hours per week)

Primarily Monday through Friday

Additional hours, weekends, and flexible scheduling may be required during harvest season
