How do I reserve a date for my wedding? All deposits are $2000 and reserves your day and time.

 

What is the capacity of the entire winery for a wedding? Outdoor capacity is 300 and the new indoor facility will have a capacity of 199. For additional guest options, please send us an inquiry. 

Can I bring in my own food, alcohol or catering service? We facilitate all catering and have estate wine available for events. Our brewery and distillery will be coming soon and craft cocktails and craft beer available for weddings and private events! 

Do you have required vendors? We do not have required vendors but do offer a preferred vendor brochure with all deposits. 

What time does the event/music end? All outdoor weddings and private events end at 10pm per Ray Township ordinance. Indoor may end at 11 pm.

Are tables and chairs included in the site fee?  Flat rate for all indoor weddings is the same regardless of size. Please refer to pricing brochure for more information. 

How much time is allotted to decorate the venue prior to my event? Venue access begins at 12pm. 

Is there local lodging in the area? Yes please contact for a list of hotels within 8 miles. 

Are we handicap accessible? Our facility is ADA compliant.

Is smoking allowed on the premises? Yes for private events and weddings in designated areas. 

Are linens, plates, flatware, etc. included?  Linens choices are available or you may bring in your own. We provide all flatware, dishes and glasses.
